Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the thing—we designed this unit to take up about 40% less room than a standard convection oven. How? By squeezing the heating element, power control, and thermal management into a single, vertical setup. The shape is tuned for the external spray, so the heat lands exactly where it needs to—right on the bottle surface. It’s a direct-transfer system, which means you’re not wasting energy heating the air around the bottles. That translates to lower running costs and a faster line.
Material & Design
We went with shortwave infrared because it’s powerful and responds instantly. The quartz envelope has a special coating that focuses the heat spectrum right where it matters, so the glass and ink soak it up and you lose less heat. The R7s connector is the standard for these tubular lamps, and it holds up in high heat. On the shop floor, it’s easy to wire up and get running. And it’s built to handle the thermal shock of rapid on-off cycles—the kind you see when the press is running full speed.
Application & Benefits
On the screen-printing line, this setup dries inks and coatings the moment they’re applied. No smudging. Better adhesion. Because it’s integrated, you can retrofit it into tight spots without tearing up the whole plant layout. But yes, it packs a thermal punch—so the machine enclosure and cooling have to be sized to handle the ambient heat. For engineers, that means a pre-configured, drop-in solution that cuts installation time, keeps maintenance simple, and keeps the process consistent bottle after bottle.
