Introduction

We built this external spray drying system for one reason: to fit perfectly into a screen-printing glass line.
At its heart is a custom infrared heating unit. It’s all about delivering fast, even heat—without eating up precious floor space. The whole idea was to pack everything into one tidy module that just gets the drying done, cleanly and without fuss.

Technical Deep-Dive

Here’s the thing—we designed this unit to take up about 40% less room than a standard convection oven.
How? By squeezing the heating element, power control, and thermal management into a single, vertical setup. The shape is tuned for the external spray, so the heat lands exactly where it needs to—right on the bottle surface.
It’s a direct-transfer system, which means you’re not wasting energy heating the air around the bottles. That translates to lower running costs and a faster line.
