Heat that actually hits you
Here is the secret: we don’t bother heating the air. That’s a waste of time. Instead, we use infrared technology. It sends energy straight to the surface it touches. I like to call it that “instant spring” feeling. The second you flip the switch, it’s warm. No waiting, no lagging, just immediate heat.
Making it “Smart”
If you want to trigger these with one touch from your phone or a remote, you’ll need a smart relay or a PLC controller. We usually stick with Zigbee or Matter. Why? Because they’re fast. If there’s a three-second lag between you hitting a button and the heat starting, the “instant” part of the experience is ruined. We keep the latency low so it feels snappy.
A quick warning on the gear
Since these tables are IP44 rated, you can put them in semi-exposed areas without stressing about a few splashes. But here is where people usually mess up:the power draw. Infrared elements pull a massive amount of current the moment they turn on. If you try to run them through a cheap little smart plug, you’re probably going to fry it. Don’t do that. Instead, use your smart controller to trigger a heavy-duty contactor. Let the contactor handle the heavy lifting and the electricity, while the smart gear just handles the signal. It keeps your electronics safe and your tables hot.
