Getting the Heat Just Right

If you’re running a high-voltage setup, we tweak the tungsten filament density so the heat stays steady across the whole tube. No cold spots. No uneven tempering. Just a clean, consistent bake.
The Nitty-Gritty Stuff
We use high-purity quartz glass and halogen-filled filaments. Why? Because shortwave IR hits the glass surface faster and harder. Depending on what you’re actually making, we can even add special coatings to the quartz to shift how the heat emits. Plus, we use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. You won’t have to mess with your wiring or hire an electrician to rewire the whole rig. You just pop them in and go.
A Quick Heads-Up on Installation
Here is the thing: when you cram high wattage into a short tube, things get incredibly hot. Before you fire everything up, double-check your cooling fans and vents. If your ventilation can’t handle that concentrated heat, you’re just going to fry your sockets. We take care of all the boring math regarding resistance and voltage drop on our end. You just plug it in. And if your current lamps keep burning out too early, tell us. We can swap the filament grade to better handle the constant heating and cooling of your specific schedule.
